Policies & Warranty
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. For certain regions, local warehouses may be used to expedite delivery.
What are the shipping times?
Shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. Orders requiring truck delivery may take approximately 15 days. You will receive a tracking number via email after your order is shipped.
Are there restrictions for shipping lithium batteries?
Lithium batteries are classified as dangerous goods. We strictly comply with UN38.3, IATA, and IMDG regulations. Some air freight routes may be restricted; we select the safest and most compliant shipping method for your location.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with photos of the damage. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in new, unused condition, in its original packaging, and include all accessories. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and detailed instructions.
Will I receive a full refund?
After we receive and inspect the returned product, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product). Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days.
What if I received a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or non‑working unit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.
Warranty & Support
What is the warranty period for each product?
- Batteries: 3 to 5 years (depending on model)
- Inverters & Inverter‑Chargers: 2 to 5 years
- All‑in‑One Systems: 5 years
Detailed warranty terms are listed on the product page and in the user manual.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, water damage, lightning strikes, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
How do I claim warranty?
Contact our support team with your order number, product serial number, and a description of the issue. We will troubleshoot and, if needed, arrange a replacement or repair. Keep your proof of purchase for all warranty claims.
Is the warranty transferable?
Warranties are generally valid for the original purchaser only. Proof of original purchase is required for all claims.
General Policies
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes, we offer volume discounts for system integrators, installers, and businesses. Please contact our sales team for a customized quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, bank transfers, and financing options where available.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed, but you can initiate a return after receiving the goods.
Product Technical Details
Batteries (LiFePO₄)
What type of battery do you use?
We use high‑quality LiFePO₄ (Lithium Iron Phosphate) cells, known for safety, long cycle life, and thermal stability.
What is the cycle life?
Our LiFePO₄ batteries deliver over 8000 cycles at 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), ensuring more than 10 years of service under normal use.
Can I connect multiple batteries in parallel or series?
Yes. Most models support parallel connection for capacity expansion. Series connection is model‑specific—please refer to the user manual for maximum series voltage.
Do the batteries have a built‑in BMS?
Yes, every battery includes an intelligent Battery Management System (BMS) that provides over‑charge, over‑discharge, over‑current, short‑circuit, and temperature protection.
Are these batteries suitable for solar storage?
Absolutely. They are designed for solar energy storage, off‑grid systems, UPS backup, and residential/commercial energy storage.
Small Inverters (Pure Sine Wave)
What is the difference between pure sine wave and modified sine wave?
Pure sine wave inverters produce AC power that is identical to grid power, making them safe for sensitive electronics (laptops, medical devices, motors). Modified sine wave inverters may cause noise or malfunction in certain appliances.
How do I size an inverter for my appliances?
Add up the continuous wattage of all devices you plan to run simultaneously, then choose an inverter with a continuous power rating at least 20% higher than that total. Also consider surge power for motor‑based devices.
Can I use the inverter with my car battery?
Yes, small inverters (under 1500W) can be connected to a 12V vehicle battery, but the engine should be running for extended use to avoid draining the battery.
What protections are built in?
Our inverters feature overload protection, over‑temperature shutdown, low‑voltage alarm and shutdown, and short‑circuit protection.
Hybrid Inverter
What is Hybrid Inverter?
It is a single unit that integrates a pure sine wave inverter (DC to AC) and a solar MPPT charge controller. It can charge the battery using the grid or solar energy, and automatically switch to battery power when the grid fails.
Can I adjust charging current?
Yes, the charging current is adjustable to match your battery type and capacity. You can also set AC input current limits to avoid overloading a weak generator or shore power.
Can I parallel multiple units for more power?
Many models support parallel operation (up to 6 units) to achieve higher output power or split‑phase 120/240V configurations.
All‑in‑One (AIO) Systems
What does “All‑in‑One” include?
Our AIO systems integrate a pure sine wave inverter, a high‑voltage MPPT solar charge controller, a battery charger, and an automatic transfer switch into one compact unit. Some models also include Wi‑Fi monitoring and a built‑in battery (for portable AIOs).
What is the maximum solar input voltage?
Depending on the model, PV input voltage ranges from 150V to 500V, allowing multiple solar panels to be connected in series with smaller gauge wires.
Can I use both solar and grid power simultaneously?
Yes. The AIO system prioritizes solar power, then grid/generator, and finally battery. It can charge the battery from both solar and AC simultaneously to maximize energy harvest.
Does the AIO system have monitoring capabilities?
Most models feature a built‑in LCD display, and optional Wi‑Fi or Bluetooth modules allow you to monitor real‑time data (solar generation, battery status, load power) via a smartphone app.
Can I expand the system later?
Many AIO systems support parallel expansion (up to 9 units) to increase total power output. Battery capacity can also be expanded by adding compatible external battery modules.
