Both parties agree that after the order is shipped, the third-party logistics company is solely responsible for the transportation. At this stage, all ownership of the product belongs to the buyer; all related responsibilities and risks in the transportation process are borne by the buyer.

According to customs regulations, customers must provide valid and accurate data. All consignee names, addresses and payer names should be valid. Some countries/regions require the consignee to submit their ID or passport to clear the package or verify payment. Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide to us. If any information is incorrect and prevents any shipment or delivery or customs clearance, we will not take any responsibility and will not provide any compensation in this case. xdatou will always abide by the law, and we urge users to do the same. As an importer, the customer is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of his country. Please refer to our privacy policy for more information.

SECTION 6 - Accept order

Please note that there may be some orders that we cannot accept and must be cancelled. xdatou.com reserves the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason at its sole discretion. Some situations that may cause your order to be cancelled include restrictions on the quantity that can be purchased, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems discovered by our credit and fraud avoidance department. Xdatou is not responsible for late delivery on special occasions (such as birthdays or other events). We encourage customers to place orders in advance to ensure that there is enough time to receive their merchandise. All orders reported as "delivered" by the shipping company are considered to have been delivered. In this case, xdatou is not responsible for non-delivery.

SECTION 9 - Package

Unless otherwise specified, the company will only comply with the minimum packaging standards of its selected shipping method. All special packaging, loading or support costs required by the buyer will be paid by the buyer. All packaging and transportation costs of the buyer’s special equipment shall be paid by the buyer.

SECTION 10 - Transportation

Unless otherwise specified, the company will determine the carrier and route based on its judgment. In either case, our company is not responsible for any delays or excessive transportation costs caused by selection.

SECTION 11 - Payment terms

The discount only applies to the invoice value of the material (not applicable to taxes or freight). If the buyer's financial status is determined by the company, the company reserves the right to request advance payment or satisfactory guarantee of the goods. If the buyer fails to pay in accordance with the terms of this agreement or any accompanying agreement or fails to comply with any provisions of this agreement, our company may choose (and in addition to other remedies) to cancel any unshipped part of this order. The buyer shall be responsible for all outstanding accounts.

SECTION 12 - Taxation and import and export licenses

The price does not include taxes and fees. Unless the buyer provides a valid tax exemption certificate acceptable to the tax authority, or unless our company is prohibited by law from collecting the above taxes from the buyer, the buyer should pay the tax based on our company's invoice. The import or export license is guaranteed by the buyer.

SECTION 13 - Force majeure

The company is not liable for failure to perform its obligations directly or indirectly caused or contributed to by force majeure; actions of buyers, civil or military authorities, including wage and price control; fires; wars; riots; transportation delays; lack or unavailability Raw materials (including energy), components, labor, fuel or supplies; or other circumstances beyond our company’s reasonable control, whether similar or different from the above circumstances. If some quantities are affected and others are not affected, the affected quantities shall be eliminated without any liability, but the agreement will not be affected. The company may distribute the supply of such raw materials among its different users in any way that xdatou deems fair and reasonable during any shortage caused by any of the above reasons. Under no circumstances will our company be responsible for any special or indirect damage caused by any delay caused by any reason.
